Day 00: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport

Distance: 45km /50Mnts
Met on arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha Airport. Transfer to Tulia Boutique for dinner and overnight BB. (45 km, 50 minutes)

Day 01: Arusha-Tarangire National Park

Distance: 130km
Non – game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs
After breakfast at home the tour departs at 7:30am. First stop is Arusha Shoppers for any last minute purchases before we head off on safari. Afterwards we head towards the Tarangire National Park for a game drive with picnic lunch at the park. Tarangire is well known for its huge elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the center of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and 30,000 zebras. Dinner and overnight at Kizumba Campsite

Day 02: Tarangire-Serengeti National park

Distance: 352km
Non – game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then heard to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Seronera campsite.

Day 03: Serengeti National Park full day

You will wake up in the beautiful Serengeti National park with a stunning view of sun rise and game drive till 3 Pm and enroute to Serengeti Seronera Campsite in the crater rim for a night.

Day 04: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater

Distance: 145km
Non – game viewing time: 2 – 4 hrs
Early morning game drive and after depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area. We will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Dr. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution Late afternoon transfer to Ngorongoro Simba Campsite where you will have dinner and overnight

Day 05: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

Distance: 210km
Non – game viewing time: 3 – 4 hrs
After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, it’s dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually be seen here. Late afternoon transfer to Arusha.

Day 06: Kikuletwa Hotspring

Kikuletwa Hot spring (Maji Moto) is a natural oasis in the beautiful African Savannah some 70km away from Arusha town. The oasis is referred as a hot spring but its not hot as you expect as the water is warm as it is sourced from Mount Kilimanjaro. Water temperature at the spring is hot and gives a Kilimanjaro Mountain sight from the distance where you can also get opportunity to swim in the spring and relax after the safari experiences. Drive back to Arusha Town for an over night

Day 07: Airport Transfer

This day after breakfast you will drive to the Airport for your departure flight whether in the morning, afternoon or evening depends on your flight schedule as the end of your 6 Days Tanzania Camping Safari.
