Joagro Safaris Tanzania Terms and Conditions

Below are the Terms and Conditions governing bookings with Joagro Safaris Tanzania. Please read carefully before booking to understand our policies.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS (Visa, Passport & Others)

It is the client’s responsibility to secure all necessary travel documents, including visas and passports, before beginning a safari, unless otherwise advised by Joagro Safaris Tanzania.

PAYMENT

A minimum of 10% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due either two weeks before the arrival date or upon arrival, paid in cash.
For packages under $1,000 or bookings made less than 20 days before arrival, full payment is required.
Joagro Safaris will notify you by email regarding balance payments, due 20 days before departure.
Payments are accepted in USD ($), by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
All prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Currency fluctuations between booking and refund periods are the responsibility of the client.

PRICING

All rates are based on current tariffs and include applicable value-added tax (VAT). Joagro Safaris reserves the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or other costs beyond our control.

ITINERARY CHANGES

Joagro Safaris reserves the right to adjust routes, itineraries, or departure times if necessary due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Additional costs arising from changes, such as flights, are the responsibility of the client.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL

Joagro Safaris reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during tours for publication, advertising, and promotional purposes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation fees apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

25+ days before departure: 15% cancellation fee
15-24 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
7-14 days before departure: 60% cancellation fee
Within 7 days of departure: 80% cancellation fee

To change your tour arrangements, please notify us by email at least three weeks before departure; changes are free of charge.

INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. Clients are strongly advised to secure comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical and other costs.

DATA PROTECTION

Joagro Safaris may collect personal information (e.g., dietary requirements, medical information) to enhance client experience. This information will be treated confidentially and shared only as needed to fulfill contractual obligations.

JOINING SAFARIS

Joining Safaris combine clients with diverse interests and allow shared travel experiences. Prices may vary among clients based on activities or booking dates. Respect and cooperation are encouraged to ensure a positive experience for all.
